Delete your Green Mentor account

In the app

1. Open the menu with the button at the top of the screen.
2. Tap My profile.
3. Under Login and security, tap Delete account, then Delete.

You are signed out on every phone at once. Before deleting, you can save a copy of your data: My profile, then Login and security, then Copy of my data.

Without the app

If you cannot use the app, write to support@greenmentor.app from the e-mail address of the Google account you sign in with, and say "Delete my account". So no one else can delete it, we act only on a message from that address. We start the deletion within 7 days and reply when it has started; the same 30 days apply.

What happens next

• After 30 days your account and all its data are deleted for good: your profile and photo, your Gold, Star, passes and streak, your Finance cashbooks and everything in them, saved articles, reminders, quiz answers, votes, messages to Help, phones and notification choices.
• Changed your mind? Sign in again within the 30 days, and the deletion is cancelled.
• Mistakes you reported in articles and topics you asked for stay, but no longer say who wrote them. A one-way fingerprint of your Google account number stays, so a one-time gift is not given twice.
